The desktop and mobile versions of the Flowido website and its applications (hereinafter: "Website and App") are operated by Binariver Ltd., with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, WC1N 3AX London, company number 10620589 (hereinafter: "Owner"). Access to the Website and App, as well as to any services or content, is subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms"). These Terms govern the use of services provided directly by the Owner and do not apply to any services or content offered by third parties via the platform. Users are strongly advised to read these Terms carefully before using the Website and App.

By accessing or using any part of the Website and App, the individual becomes a user (hereinafter: "User" or "Users"). Some services are accessible without registration, but access to specific features may require account creation and login, as explicitly stated per service. Most services are offered free of charge; however, premium features and expanded functionality may be offered as paid services ("Paid Options"). Flowido distinguishes between general Users and Business Users. General Users are typically individuals using the platform for their own data visualization, management, or workflow purposes. Business Users include entities using Flowido as a platform for providing or managing services at scale, including integration with third-party tools or APIs. Business Users must enter into a dedicated Service Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to verify user roles at any time and may restrict or revoke features if misrepresentation is suspected.

Use of the Website and App is reserved for individuals over the age of 18. If minors wish to use the service, it must be done with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full liability.

Users may not use the Website or App for unauthorized commercial purposes, including automated data scraping or distribution of information obtained through the platform. All usage must comply with applicable laws, public decency, and these Terms. Users are expressly prohibited from distributing unlawful content, uploading software/malware, or engaging in any activity that infringes third-party rights or compromises platform security. The Owner may, at its discretion, deny access or remove content without notice.

All elements of the Website and App, including text, images, software, databases, branding, and any proprietary logic or framework, are the property of the Owner or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or make any part of the platform publicly available without express written consent.

The Owner makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, performance, or reliability of the Website and App. The Owner is not liable for delays, disruptions, or damage arising from system outages, browser compatibility issues, or third-party dependencies. Users assume all risk in accessing the service.

Any contractual relationships or transactions conducted via third-party services linked or integrated into Flowido are solely between the User and the third party. The Owner assumes no responsibility for third-party services, reliability, or compliance with these Terms.

Information shown in dashboards, views, or other UI elements is rendered based on automated or semi-automated logic. The Owner does not guarantee data accuracy or integrity and provides no warranty for data aggregated, transformed, or visualized by the user or third-party sources.

Users must ensure that any data uploaded to Flowido:

• Does not infringe upon third-party rights
• Is lawfully acquired and used
• Does not contain sensitive or personal data without appropriate safeguards
• Complies with data protection regulations and applicable laws

Users may not upload unauthorized content such as personal identification numbers, faces, license plates, or any identifiable third-party information without explicit consent. Violations may result in account suspension or data removal.

The Owner uses commercially reasonable security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access. For more information, refer to the Privacy Policy.

Flowido only uses essential cookies required for login sessions and platform security. No marketing, tracking, or third-party cookies are used. Your privacy is a core principle.

The Owner may suspend or terminate any User’s access at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion. Suspended Users may not re-register using different credentials or impersonate others. Users shall remain liable for damages arising from violations of these Terms and shall indemnify the Owner against legal actions initiated by third parties.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, add, or remove services and content on the Website and App without prior notice. Updates to these Terms may be posted at any time and take immediate effect.

Free and paid services are offered either indefinitely (unless the user account is deactivated) or for a limited term as indicated during the signup or purchase process. The Owner may shut down, discontinue, or modify the service at any time without obligation to users.

Subject to overriding legal provisions, these Terms and all disputes related to them shall be governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This data may include non-EU users. It is provided solely for regulatory compliance.

Users who register on the Flowido platform may store essential business data, assign roles, and manage documents relevant to ERP and CRM operations. Registration provides access to certain services, some of which are free while others require payment. All registration requests are subject to approval by Binariver Ltd. We reserve the absolute right to accept or deny any registration or service access request, with or without providing a reason. Applications may be rejected in cases of false or misleading information, suspected fraud, attempts to manipulate the system, or any behavior we deem inconsistent with our standards or policies.
Binariver Ltd. disclaims all responsibility for any financial losses, loss of expected benefits, or consequential damages resulting from the rejection or suspension of registration or services.
